The handset cord could be better. Build quality is great for what it is. Voice volume, and quality is first rate.
otherwise, nice basic phone for the price. handset cradle a little too shallow, sometimes hard to tell if phone is properly hung up.
other than that, it does the job, is lightweight and has very basic features. i should have searched for one w/ lighted numbers or larger buttons for better viewing. price is really good for quality. it's a decent phone. the only problem i have is with the volume where it doesn't seem loud enough when i need it to be a touch louder.
